The SPA, designed by Studio Silvia Giannini Architects, was created with the aim of expanding the resort’s service offerings and extending the hospitality season, creating a new attraction even during the spring and winter periods.
Developed over 700 sqm and distributed across two levels, the SPA is located in a building adjacent to the hotel, easily accessible from the top floor of the property. The project includes a wet area with a Finnish sauna, citrus sauna, Turkish bath, emotional showers, foot bath, and relaxation area.
The heated indoor pool, equipped with water features and sea views, is designed to offer an experience in continuity with the landscape: the fully openable windows allow it to be perceived as an outdoor pool during the summer season.
The facility is completed by an outdoor area with whirlpool tubs overlooking the gulf and a solarium, six treatment rooms, including two couple’s cabins, as well as two interconnecting Private SPAs.
The citrus sauna was created as a tribute to the island of Lopud, whose microclimate is particularly suitable for growing citrus fruits: the fragrance is generated using the peels of the island’s citrus fruits.
