The project stems from the desire to create a scattered tourist complex, comprising luxury apartments and villas immersed in a natural, low-environmental-impact setting, nestled in the Pistoia hills in the heart of Tuscany.
The resort, designed by Studio Silvia Giannini Architects, spans a total area of 10,000 sqm and includes 69 residential units: 28 Luxury villas for 4 people, 12 Luxury villas for 4 people, 3 Luxury villas for 6 people, 15 Premium villas for 6 people, 8 Premium villas for 8 people, and 3 Premium villas for 10 people. Completing the complex is a multi-functional center with a restaurant, bar, and swimming pool.
The materials evoke Tuscan tradition, reinterpreted with a contemporary flair. The interior design harmonizes Tuscan character, comfort, and luxury, creating a familiar, authentic, and welcoming elegance.
