Borgo Brufa SPA Resort 5* is an adults-only property located in the hilly landscape of Umbria, in a privileged position between Perugia and Assisi.
The resort offers a stay experience dedicated to tranquility, wellness, and couples, featuring a large panoramic SPA, swimming pools, and a refined gastronomic selection.
A place designed to experience relaxation in a private and regenerating way, immersed in nature and the authentic atmosphere of the Umbrian territory.
The Client expressed the need to expand and enrich the service offering through the creation of a new volume dedicated to wellness, designed to strengthen the relationship with the outdoors and nature.
The project, designed by Studio Silvia Giannini Architects, expands the existing SPA from 1,500 to 3,000 sqm and introduces new differentiated relaxation areas, two treatment rooms, and a new Private SPA, bringing the total number of Private SPAs in the facility to four. The wet area has also been enriched by a new panoramic sauna overlooking the hills of Assisi.
The relaxation spaces are divided into three themed environments: panoramic relaxation with hanging beds, fire relaxation, and sunrise relaxation. The new Private SPA includes a couple’s whirlpool tub, an emotional shower, two massage beds, and a relaxation area with a hanging king-size bed.
The panoramic sauna, designed to accommodate up to 20 people and host Aufguss rituals, opens onto the Umbrian landscape. To complete the hot-cold circuit, the Snow Cabin was created: a capsule room where it snows all year round.
