The project, developed for the previous client — the complex has now been acquired by the QC Terme group — arose from the need to renovate the hotel’s existing SPA and expand its service offerings, enriching the wet area and introducing a new Private SPA.
The intervention, designed by Studio Silvia Giannini Architects, covered an area of 450 sqm and includes a wet area with two saunas, a Turkish bath, and emotional showers, in addition to nine treatment cabins.
The Spa Suite was conceived as a true wellness lounge: the seating inside the sauna and Turkish bath abandons traditional forms, transforming into more domestic and inviting elements, such as the marble sofa in the Turkish bath and the bench with armrests in the sauna.
The use of custom mosaics helps define the identity of the spaces, lending character and uniqueness to the project.
