Villa Parri

Client:

Villa Parri is a charming historic residence nestled in the Pistoia hills, set within an expansive private park featuring cypress trees, centuries-old trees, and Italianate gardens.

Transformed into a boutique resort, the property offers suite apartments and deluxe rooms, a panoramic swimming pool, a relaxation area with a sauna, and spaces dedicated to outdoor living.

A private and refined retreat where history, nature, and contemporary hospitality converge within the Tuscan landscape.

Project:

The project, designed by Studio Silvia Giannini Architects, involved the transformation of the historic Villa Parri into a high-end hospitality structure, comprising rooms and mini-apartments of various sizes, conceived to meet diverse accommodation needs.

The intervention, spanning 800 sq m, enhances the historic character of the building, a luxurious early 19th-century villa built by Eng. Parri, the designer of the Porrettana railway, as his personal residence.

The restoration successfully blended memory, landscape, and contemporary hospitality, breathing new life into a captivating location within the Tuscan hills.
