The SPA, designed by Studio Silvia Giannini Architects for Hotel Arnolfo, was created with the aim of differentiating the property from the numerous hospitality establishments in the area, expanding its offerings and attracting a higher-end, wellness-oriented target audience.
The project spans a total of 500 sqm, with 170 sqm dedicated to the SPA, and was realized through the complete renovation of an adjacent Art Nouveau villa. The building, previously used as a guesthouse and subsequently damaged by a fire, has been restored and transformed into an independent annex, capable of acquiring its own distinct identity.
The project includes 12 deluxe rooms and a SPA with a sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, emotional showers, ice fountain, relaxation area, and three treatment cabins, one of which is a Private SPA with a couple’s whirlpool.
The complete autonomy of the building has allowed for a differentiated hospitality offering: guests in the deluxe rooms of the annex can directly access the wellness center, strengthening the connection between hospitality and wellness.
