Lafodia Agrohouse – RMH Lopud Lafodia 4*

Client:

RMH Lopud Lafodia Resort & Wellness 4* is located on the island of Lopud, Croatia, in a position overlooking the sea and surrounded by a natural setting of great charm.

The resort offers 156 rooms and suites, all with full or partial sea views, as well as exclusive apartments and a wide choice of accommodation solutions, from Classic rooms to Premium, Superior, and Suites.

The property integrates hospitality, comfort, and dedicated wellness services, featuring restaurants, bars, a swimming pool, a private beach club, and a SPA of over 800 sqm, offering a refined and relaxing stay in the heart of the Elafiti archipelago.

Project:

The Agrohouse was created as a new volume to expand the services offered by the Lafodia Resort 4*, with the aim of creating a new dining venue and a space dedicated to events and conference activities, which were previously unavailable in the main building.

The project, designed by Studio Silvia Giannini Architects, covers approximately 1,500 sqm, in addition to the outdoor spaces, and is set within a natural context on a hill on the island of Lopud, in a dominant position. Inside, the Agrohouse houses a bar, a restaurant based partly on the use of home-grown agricultural products, a conference room, and a small gym.

The position is designed to enhance the relationship with the landscape: from the building, it is possible to perceive both the open sea and the more sheltered waters of the gulf, strengthening the link between architecture, nature, and the island context.
