LEMI is an Italian company specializing in the design and production of equipment for SPAs, beauty centers, and wellness centers.
Since 1989, it has been manufacturing massage beds, treatment chairs, wellness furnishings, and multifunctional cabins, with Made in Italy products designed to combine design, technology, functionality, and comfort.
Present in over 100 countries, LEMI targets the international professional wellness market, offering solutions for SPA facilities, hotels, beauty and medical aesthetics centers.
The project originated from the need to give a new image to LEMI’s head offices, located in Casalbuttano ed Uniti, in the Cremona countryside, where both the administrative and production heart of the company are based.
The objective was to communicate the company’s dynamism and strengthen its position as a cutting-edge entity in its sector. The intervention by Studio Silvia Giannini Architects particularly focused on the entrance and external facades, which were originally rather anonymous, transforming them into elements capable of presenting the brand’s identity and leadership from the very first impression.
The design choices followed the logic of converting a production building into an emblem of innovation, modernity, and dynamism. Inside, one of the decorative elements chosen for the reception — a large golden dog statue — has over time become the company’s mascot.
